Gratitude calls are a key piece of our Philanthropy Team's donor stewardship strategy at PFC; those calls help boost donor retention, strengthen connections between our organization and our donor base, and help us to gather valuable insights. During the last few weeks of the year, we are fortunate to receive a higher-than-average amount of donations, making it tough for our limited staff to keep up with this essential piece of our donor engagement. We're looking for the support of volunteers to assist with gratitude calls.
Volunteers will help by making professional, friendly phone calls to thank our donors and recording brief notes from each conversation. We only ask for an upbeat and friendly attitude, as well as the ability to take notes. This is a short-term opportunity, and a meaningful way to directly support our mission and show appreciation to those who make our work possible.
A script will be provided, and no prior experience is required.
Corporate, parish, community, and college groups are welcome to volunteer together by clicking "Respond as a Team" for the date you'd like to join us!
